The Sims 3 Patch 1.67.2

I bought a new PC and did reinstall Sims 3 through origin. Downloading and installing goes well. When I launch the game its shows that a patch needs to be downloaded and installed (see subject) When I go through the launcher nothing happens and it just hangs in the same modus for ages.
