I've logged as my email address. I did get both serial numbers. I believe I have both Lightroom and Elements 12 registered. I'm having trouble getting a response code for Elements 12 and I assume LR as the computer they are on is not on line.I have checked and rechecked the 44 digit code and my serial number. They seem to be correct however when submitted for a 'response code' it shows them both as wrong.I need to give it a rest as I'm sure you know how frustrating this can be to customers.
